Privacy Policy

Last updated October 20, 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site and how we use it. The site has no accounts. If you join the waitlist, we keep the email address you give us so we can tell you when Colosseums AI opens. We measure how the site is used with Google Analytics, which sets cookies, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not.

What we collect

Your email address, if you join the waitlist, with the time you joined.

Usage data, through Google Analytics: the pages you view, the site that referred you, your approximate location (derived from your IP address; Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses), your device and browser type, and how you interact with the pages, such as scrolling and clicking links.

Page-view counts, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and reports only aggregate details such as the page viewed, the referring site, browser type, and country. Cloudflare derives visit counts from request data, such as IP address, transiently on its servers; it does not store that data or use it to identify you.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets first-party cookies, _ga and _ga_<ID>, to tell visitors and visits apart. They last up to 2 years. We set no advertising cookies and no other cookies: the waitlist form and Cloudflare Web Analytics store nothing on your device.

How we use it

We use your email only to tell you about Colosseums AI. We use usage data to understand how people find and use the site, and to improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (ads targeted from your activity on other sites). Service providers process it on our behalf: Google Cloud stores the waitlist, Google runs Google Analytics, and Cloudflare runs Cloudflare Web Analytics. See How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices

To stop Google Analytics collecting data in your browser, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We honor Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, Google Analytics does not load at all. Nor does it if you declined cookies on this site before. Browsers' older Do Not Track setting has no agreed standard, so we do not respond to it.

To leave the waitlist, email us at the address below and we will remove you.

Retention

We keep your email until you ask us to delete it. Google Analytics keeps event-level data for at most 14 months, after which only aggregate reports remain. Cloudflare keeps only aggregate counts.

California and other US state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. The categories we collect are identifiers (your email and the cookie IDs Google Analytics sets), internet activity (the usage data above), and approximate location. We do not sell or share personal information. To make a request, email contact@colosseums.ai; we will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
